Our Pastor
Pastor David Woelmer accepted a Divine Call to serve as pastor of Grace Lutheran Church. He was ordained and installed at Grace on July 9, 2023.
Pastor Woelmer is a lifelong LCMS member and a third-generation pastor. Born in Madison, Nebraska, and raised in Plano, Texas, he met his wife, Elizabeth, at a Higher Things youth conference at Concordia University Nebraska (CUNE).
They later graduated from CUNE in 2019 and lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana, until moving to Smithville in 2023. They have three children, Ellie, Ruth, and Henry.
